... made of metal
We are rapidly replacing the manual insertion and bonding processes for metal filter bodies that have metal screens and are commonly used to date, with fully automatic production processes. Assembly machines, welding machines and robot-based automation lead to efficient manufacturing processes, precisely designed for the different filter types:
- Fully automatic production of flat and cylindrical filter structures without the use of robots
- Fully automatic production of large cylindrical filters with robots that have multi-mold cavity tools
- If requested, a fully automatic 100% testing of the filter is possible
- For small batches, for which an automation is not worthwhile due to the tool or robot costs, we utilize up to 8 mold cavities, which are injected at ergonomically optimized manual workstations
We handle the following materials:
- Steel
- Zinc coated steel
- Stainless steel
- Heat-resistant steel
- NE-metals/brass/ tin bronze/copper
- Light metals (aluminium)
We have been using the following jointing technologies for decades:
Standard procedures
- Forming
- Bending
- Insert moulding
Special procedures
- Laser welding
- Ultrasonic welding
- Soldering
- Brazing
- Seam welding
- Spot-welding
- Projection welding
- MIG, WIG and MAG welding
- Plasma welding
